Ikigai + Vision
Reconnect with your purpose. Refine your Ikigai. Map out the product or idea you want to bring to life over the next three weeks.
Build
Heads down. Build your product alongside fellow graduates. Share ideas, solve problems together, and make real progress every day.
Polish + Deploy
Refine your product. Fix the rough edges. Deploy it live and get it ready for the real world. This is where good becomes great.
Present + Network
Share your work with peers. Give and receive honest, kind feedback. Build lasting connections with fellow graduates who understand the path.

Beyond the Belt Path
The programme covers every belt from Yellow to Black, led by Cathal Judge and supported by fellow builders in the room. If you have already earned some belts online, you will revisit them with fresh eyes and deeper insight. If you have not, you will earn them here. Either way, you leave with all nine belts and more.
Being in a room with people who are building real things changes the way you think. You pick up techniques that go beyond the curriculum. You see how others approach problems you have been solving alone. You find collaborators, not just classmates.
We strongly recommend completing the online belt path first. Students who arrive with their belts hit the ground running from Day 1. But it is not a requirement. The programme is designed to meet you wherever you are.
Forge Your Vision is not a shortcut. It is all nine belts plus everything you can only get in person: the energy, the collaboration, the shared breakthroughs. This is where your vision becomes real.
Peer Presentations
In the final week, you share what you have built with your fellow graduates. This is not a competition. There are no winners or losers. It is a relaxed, supportive setting where builders help builders.
